Operate or embed — two paths to market
Payroll Engine is the calculation core: open-source, regulation-driven, and designed for integration. The commercial layer consists of licensed country regulations that you activate per jurisdiction. How you bring that to customers is entirely up to you.
The Reseller model puts you in control of the platform: you self-host, operate, and serve tenants as your own payroll service. The ISV model keeps payroll inside your product: you embed the regulations via API and ship compliance under your own brand.

Operate the Payroll Engine platform yourself and offer the licensed country regulations to your clients as your own payroll service.
